Mutt Stuff and its owner cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products, and by purchasing a Mutt Stuff product you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue, and agree to hold Mutt Stuff, its trustees, officers, servants, agents, volunteers and employees harmless from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims, or injuries, including death, that you or a third party may sustain during or in conjunction with the use or misuse of such product. Please use good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use for any pet products that you purchase from any vendor. As with all pet collars and leashes on the market, they should be inspected regularly. Although we use high quality materials, normal wear and tear does occur over time so Mutt Stuff products should be replaced often. Mutt Stuff products are not recommended for tie-out or pulling additional burden other than pet's own weight.
